<p>This Cancellation Policy governs cancellation of paid subscriptions on PragatiVeer, operated by <strong>Gyannetra Pvt Ltd</strong> (CIN: U72900PN2015PTC156021).</p>
<p>By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the terms of this policy.</p>

<h2 className="text-2xl font-bold mt-8 mb-4">2. Subscription Cancellation by You</h2>
<h3 className="text-xl font-bold mt-6 mb-3">2.1 How to Cancel</h3>
<p>You may cancel your subscription at any time by:</p>
<ul className="list-disc pl-6 mb-4 space-y-2">
  <li>Going to <strong>Account Settings</strong> on the PragatiVeer website and disabling auto-renewal</li>
  <li>Emailing <strong>contact@pragativeer.com</strong> with subject “Cancellation Request” along with your registered email or phone number</li>
</ul>

<h3 className="text-xl font-bold mt-6 mb-3">2.2 Effect of Cancellation</h3>
<p>Upon cancellation:</p>
<ul className="list-disc pl-6 mb-4 space-y-2">
  <li>Your subscription will <strong>not</strong> auto-renew at the end of the current billing period</li>
  <li>You will continue to have full access to your paid features until the end of the current billing period</li>
  <li>No refund will be issued for the remaining days of the current billing period, except as provided in our <a href="/refund-policy" className="text-[#00F0FF] hover:underline font-semibold">Refund Policy</a></li>
</ul>

<h3 className="text-xl font-bold mt-6 mb-3">2.3 Timing</h3>
<p>To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, cancellation must be requested at least <strong>24 hours</strong> before the renewal date.</p>

<h2 className="text-2xl font-bold mt-8 mb-4">3. Auto-Renewal</h2>
<p>All subscriptions auto-renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled at least 24 hours before renewal. You authorise us to charge the applicable subscription fee to your chosen payment method at each renewal.</p>
<p>You will receive a reminder before renewal. If you do not wish to renew, please cancel before the renewal date.</p>

<h2 className="text-2xl font-bold mt-8 mb-4">4. Cancellation by PragatiVeer</h2>
<p>We reserve the right to cancel or suspend your subscription immediately if:</p>
<ul className="list-disc pl-6 mb-4 space-y-2">
  <li>You violate our <a href="/terms-and-conditions" className="text-[#00F0FF] hover:underline font-semibold">Terms & Conditions</a></li>
  <li>You engage in fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity</li>
  <li>We are required to do so by law</li>
</ul>
<p>In such cases, fees paid are non-refundable.</p>

<h2 className="text-2xl font-bold mt-8 mb-4">5. Account Deletion</h2>
<p>Cancelling your subscription does <strong>not</strong> delete your account. To delete your account and all associated data, please follow the process outlined in our <a href="/privacy-policy" className="text-[#00F0FF] hover:underline font-semibold">Privacy Policy</a>.</p>
