<h2 className="text-2xl font-bold mt-8 mb-4">3. Refund Eligibility</h2>
|
|
<p>You may request a full refund within <strong>7 days</strong> of purchase provided that you have <strong>not accessed more than 5 DPS sheets</strong> during that period.</p>
|
|
<p>Refunds will <strong>not</strong> be issued if:</p>
|
|
<ul className="list-disc pl-6 mb-4 space-y-2">

|
<li>More than 7 days have passed since purchase</li>
|
|
<li>You have accessed more than 5 DPS sheets</li>
|
|
<li>The request is made after the subscription has been active beyond the refund window</li>

<p>To request a refund, email <strong>contact@pragativeer.com</strong> with:</p>

|
|
<li><strong>Your registered email address or phone number</strong></li>

<li><strong>Order/transaction ID</strong> (if available)</li>

<p>We will process your request within <strong>7-10 business days</strong> and the refund will be credited to the original payment method.</p>

<p>The following are non-refundable:</p>

<li>Discounted or promotional purchases (unless otherwise stated)</li>

<li>Any add-on services purchased separately</li>

<p>You may cancel your subscription at any time. However, cancellation does not entitle you to a refund unless it falls within the refund window described in Section 3. Upon cancellation, your access will continue until the end of the current billing period.</p>
