Restructure Learn AI On The Go section: Implement dual-column layout with shortened video containers

- Moved app download links from left column to right column after videos
- Reduced video container height from 16:9 to 14:9 aspect ratio (45% padding-bottom)
- Maintained overall container size and responsive design
- Updated HTML structure in individual-trainings.html
- Modified CSS for .gn-video-container with shorter aspect ratio
- Enhanced mobile app section layout for better visual balance
- Fixed CSS file truncation issue at end of style.css
