CSS Consolidation: Merged all inline styles and separate CSS files into single style.css

- Consolidated benefits-cards.css into main style.css
- Removed all inline <style> blocks from 19 HTML files
- Added CSS versioning (?v=202412291400) for better caching
- Extracted navbar scroll effects, hero layout stabilization, and mobile responsive styles
- Fixed benefits cards visibility and animations
- Improved website performance by reducing HTTP requests
- Enhanced maintainability with single CSS file architecture
